Hi, I’m Rahma
Hi, I’m a certified Sleep Consultant with a background in Behaviour Analysis and over eight years of experience working closely with neurodivergent children and their families. I’m also a mother of four incredible boys, an educator, and a neurodivergent coach. These roles that have shaped both my perspective and my passion for helping families thrive.
I know firsthand how exhausting and overwhelming it can feel when your child isn’t sleeping, when every night turns into a battle and every morning feels like you’re starting from behind. I’ve been there myself, as both a parent and a professional, and I understand the emotional toll it takes. Whether they are self-doubt, stress, or a sense of isolation, sleep deprivation affects everything. These can be your mood, your relationships, and maybe your ability to show up as the parent you want to be.
What sets my approach apart is my background in Behaviour Analysis and my experience supporting neurodivergent children. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I take the time to understand your unique family dynamic, your child’s individual needs, and your values as a parent. Together, we create a sleep plan that feels realistic, respectful, and empowering.
